Delivery & Collection:
- Delivery service is not including outlying islands and restricted areas
- Free delivery is available for orders over $1400
- For orders under $1400, you may add $100 (Hong Kong Islands and Kowloon area) or add $200 (New Territories area) for delivery
- All orders are delivered between 15:30 to 18:30 and the cut-off time is 21:30 of the day before
- To ensure the safety of customers and reduce personal contact, our delivery team will ask each customer to collect their order items at the main entrance of their building
- Self pick up is also available at Bifteck from 12:00 to 15:00; 18:00 to 22:00
Terms & Conditions:

- All prices are in HKD and no service charge applies

- Orders cannot be refunded, transferred to other dates, or amended after purchase
